We are in the process of establishing a seperate entity which will deal with all your business solutions. This includes accounting, management reports, budgets, business plans, business turnarounds, secretarial services, and valuations as well as a specialised taxation and training department.

I have serviced small and medium sized clients during my training contract, my work included accounting, auditing, drafting of financial statements, taxation, completion of statutory forms, due dilligence investigations. During these years I have also been involved in audits of listed companies, and has been contracted out to the Auditor General to help out on audits of government departments. After I finished my training contract, I was appointed as group financial manager at an engineering firm. My duties included the following:

 - Management of finance staff reporting to me,

 - Cashflow management,

 - Monthly reporting and budgets,

 - VAT Reconciliations on a monthly basis,

 - Drafting of annual financial statements, as well as,

 - Consolidated annual financial statements

 - Preparation of audit packs,

 - Intercompany loan accounts and reconciliations,

 - Reviewing of cheques, EFT payments and statutory returns.
